Kristian ran a new course PB today, his 2nd fastest 10k time. Julie ran her first race since joining PR and also gained a new PB.
New PB’s were also gained at Cosford with Simon finishing just under 47mins, Caroline knocked 2mins off her previous best, Martine and Kirsty also PB’d both finishing under the hour for the first time. Rob J also gained a new PB coming close to the hour mark. The Spitfire 10k was also the first time at that distance for Claire G & Sue J and Tim G ran his first race in PR colours.
Also great to see Laura M and Deb B both back running in the PR colours.
