Ruth was introduced to PR by Tony and we came along to have a look. It’s great for the encouragement 

How long have you been at PR? 4 or 5 years

What do you enjoy most about PR? 

Meeting with friends each week, helping others and watching people improve. 

What is your best achievement since joining PR?

The couple of marathons that I’ve done.

What is your Favourite session?

I like Indian file running.

What is your Favourite meal?

Steak and chips I think. 

What is your Favourite drink?

Coffee or whiskey.

What is your Favourite holiday destination?

Bali. We went there on our honeymoon and it was magical.

What would you sing on a Karaoke night? 

Cranberries- zombie

What makes you laugh the most?
