Reason for joining PR? 

Emma and I joined together after I did my 1st London Marathon as we wanted to improve our speed and run with others. 

How long have you been at PR? 

Oct 2016? Em always remembers dates!!

What do you enjoy most about PR? 

I love the wonderful team spirit at PR. We all look out for each other!!

What is your best achievement since joining PR?

My 2nd London Marathon although it took me a while to recover after the hottest on record! I’m determined that I have one more in me!!

What is your Favourite session?

I love them all. Secretly, the magic mile, it brings out my competitive side.

What is your Favourite meal? Anything with King prawns! Or a homemade Sunday roast with all the trimmings 

What is your Favourite drink? 

A little glass of Pinot Grigio blush with lots of ice

What is your Favourite holiday destination? 

Italy, or Austria for Skiing

What would you sing on a Karaoke night? 

“I will survive” rather apt!! After the last few years. 

What makes you laugh the most? 

My beautiful black Lab, Dex who is a character. Spending time with my lovely family and friends….precious!!
