If your running shoes get dirty or wet don’t put them in the washing machine or on direct heat, like on a radiator. Heat dries out the leather, adhesives and other materials in the shoes and will distort the shape.
To wash your shoes use a little warm water, anti-grease soap & brush. Dry your running shoes properly, loosen the laces, take out the insoles, and let them air dry, away from direct heat. To help them dry faster, you can put crumpled-up newspaper inside of them.
Running shoes need to be replaced approximately every 500 miles
