Early bird prices to 31st January 2024. £20 for England Affiliated. £22 for Non England Affiliated. Start time 10.30am
Then increase of £2 pounds so that would then be £22 for England Affiliated. £24 for Non England Affiliated ,
On day entries if not full by closing date. £24 for England Affiliated. £26 for Non England Affiliated.
Participant's will get goodie bag, T,Shirt, Medal, Beer Token if your 18 years and older. Squash available for under 18 years of age.
Childrens races will be held £4 pounds for the 400 meters. £5 pounds for the 1 mile race. Races to Start at 9.30am

10:15 Runners make way to start of 10k on Portland Road
