Our Couch to 5K program is a beginner-friendly training plan designed to help non-runners progress from little or no physical activity to running a 5K (3.1 mile) distance. Our 13 week program, will gradually increase your running intervals alongside walking for manageable progress.

Return to Running (for beginners) is a 16 week program on Saturday morning at Penkridge Middle School. The goal is to jog for 1 min at week 1 to 60 minutes by week 16.
Our main Saturday session prioritises interval running for seasoned runners to enhance fitness, speed and endurance. Every week is a different challenge.
