Structured interval Training

Our main Saturday session is interval-based training for runners looking to boost overall fitness, speed and endurance. These sessions are designed to push your limits with alternating periods of high-intensity effort and recovery, which is proven to improve cardiovascular fitness, burn fat and increase speed. You’ll see faster race times, better stamina, and a stronger mental game as you train in a supportive environment. Whether you’re preparing for a race or just aiming to level up, our interval training sessions will help you build strength, agility, and the endurance to go the distance.

Return to Running

Joining the “Return to Running” training session is an excellent way to kick-start your running journey, whether you’re coming back after a break or starting anew. These sessions provide structured guidance to help you build up your endurance safely, with a focus on proper technique and structured training. You’ll be guided by experienced coaches who can tailor the program to your fitness level, ensuring gradual progress. Plus, you’ll be part of a supportive community, making it easier to stay motivated and committed. It’s the perfect way to reignite your running routine and build a solid foundation for future goals.

Our circuit training session for runners is a fantastic way to enhance your strength, core stability and running technique. These sessions are designed to target the key muscle groups used in running, helping to improve power, endurance and posture. You’ll work on exercises that enhance balance and stability, which are crucial for preventing injuries and improving efficiency. The variety of exercises keeps things interesting while challenging your body in new ways. With expert guidance, you’ll fine-tune your running form, build a stronger core, and see noticeable improvements in your overall performance.

Couch to 5k

COUCH TO 5K

Our Couch to 5K program is a beginner-friendly training plan designed to help non-runners progress from little or no physical activity to running a 5K (3.1 mile) distance. Our 13-week program gradually increases your running intervals while incorporating walking, ensuring steady and manageable progress.

5k Advanced

Advanced 5K

The Advanced 5k is for both established runners as well as those runners who have completed the couch to 5k programme. It’s aimed to boost overall fitness, endurance and speed, while building confidence, maintaining momentum to achieve personal bests and targets through structured training.
